Extended List of Achievements
Many times we have done things that gave us a feeling of satisfaction, pride, and accomplishment. Other people might not always agree, but to us they were important achievements.
This is an exercise to help you remember and recognise what has shaped you, what you are capable of, and what you have found enjoyable in the past. Some achievements will be work related, and some from home and family, or the community. An achievement is something you felt you did well, enjoyed doing, and are proud of. A few, or many, may now seem quite minor and have significance only to you. It doesn’t matter, what counts is their importance to you and how they have shaped and brought you to where you are today. This is about you and what you think is an achievement.
