Fractional Leadership
WHAT IS FRACTIONAL LEADERSHIP?
Fractional leadership is similar to that of an interim role but on a part time basis. Sometime know as "fractional executive" or "fractional management", it refers to a flexible approach for companies to support their team with outside experience and skills in specific roles on a part-time basis at a leadership/director level.
